About Me

My journey as a holistic practitioner began at The London College of Chinese Medicine. I have always been interested in understanding how acupuncture works. Whilst at the college, I met a kinesiology teacher, called Annie. I watched her treat students using muscle testing. I must confess, initially I was very sceptical. One day I decided to get Annie to test my thyroid function. I had a suspicion that it was not performing as it should do. This is when I had my "wow" moment! The test worked much to my surprise and delight. It confirmed my suspicion. I soon enrolled in the foundation course to study kinesiology to further explore and expand my knowledge.

Before starting this course, I badly sprained my ankle. Despite undergoing a lot of physiotherapy, I additionally began experiencing pain and swelling in my knee. A friend suggested trying the "injury recall technique" on me. The result was that I immediately regained the ability to bend my knee, and the swelling disappeared the next day. I was able to return to the gym the following day. It felt like magic, and I wanted to understand more about how kinesiology works. That's why I decided to complete both the practitioner and diploma courses in kinesiology, and I have never looked back since.
